LifeLab™ (b) 90-minute Screening Session—Tier I

Description

Purpose: to validate personal tolerance to two sets of specified building materials

Test Protocol; Two Cycles:

Client enters the Prep Room for 15-minute exposure in a bare room to acclimate to and validate tolerance of the building materials

Client moves to the Exposure Room for 20 minutes of exposure to prospective materials—such as flooring, wall covering, and water systems—and monitored for adverse physical reaction

Client returns to the Prep Room to repeat the cycle for the second round with a new set of materials

Client will fills out a form to record the personal tolerance of the named material(s)

50% of fees paid for SafeHaven LifeLab™ services may be credited toward the purchase of a SafeHaven Refuge™ small home
